Average Age of Women Facing Housing Insecurities

Chase Home has provided housing assistance to women and children since late 2021.  Chase Home's Rent Eviction Prevention Program, Rent Eviction Prevention Emergency Discretionary Fund and Rapid Rehousing Funding has been making a positive impact on these women's lives, allowing them to keep their homes or place them in new homes.  Most of the women's financial hardships arise from recent job loss, loss of spouse, chronic illness, disability and the impact of the public health crisis like COVID 19, contributing to their housing insecurity.

We are pleased to announce we have published the 2025 Women's Housing and Programs Impact Report to showcase our programs and advocacy work the Chase Home accomplished this past year.

Thanks to generous donations and sponsorships, the Chase Home Board of Trustees is able to continue the tradition of providing housing by supporting women facing home evictions, rehousing women who are homeless and advocating for more affordable housing and teant's rights.  In this Impact Report, you will read about the many ways our programs, advocacy and partnerships this year have made a meaningful contribution to women's housing insecurity in Annapolis and Anne Arundel County.
